Q: What days of the week can I book a Hair or Alteration appointment?
A: Monday, Wednesday & Fridays are the only days I book appointments at this time. No exceptions.
Q: Is a trim the same price as a haircut?
A: Yes. I go through all the same motions and steps to trim your hair as I do you cut it.
Q: What time of day can I book a appointment?
A: My first appointment of the day is at 8:00 am and my last time of day is 3:00 pm. Why? Because this is the schedule I choose to have. Do I understand that some people have a 9:00-5:00 work day. Yes! However, I am only able to service clients who can book a appointment between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. And I apologize for not being able to service those who are not able to make those times work.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve my hair appointment? Why?
A: Absolutely. All hair appointments must pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve a appointment. To book a haircut you must pay $25 and to book a hair color you must pay $50. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your service as long as you show up and do not cancel under 2 weeks. There is no good excuse in my book to wave the deposit fee. Life happens to us all. My appointments are very important to me because it is how I make my living to pay my bills. And in order in for me to hold a 1 hour, 2 hour, 3 hour time frame for you, a deposit must be paid. If you have to cancel under 2 weeks, I absolutely understand, However, you will still lose your deposit, because long story short, I saved that time for you and said no to other people because you reserved it.
Q: How do I pay my deposit?
A: Venmo @tayloredtuff or you can email me email@example.com and I will send you a payPAL invoice. Or you can stop by the salon and pay in person.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: I charge $55 for a haircut by its self and if you get a haircut with a color service, the haircut drops to $45. For the cost of all other hair services please visit HERE. However, depending on how long or thick your hair is, the price is subject to be more. Why? because it cost me more money in product and time and I pass that on to you.
Q: How long will it take me to get blonde?
A: It depends how far you have to go. If you are all over brown and it is virgin, uncolored hair. Meaning NEVER colored, then you may be able to get very blonde in 2-4 appointments. If your hair is brown and it has been colored and you want to go blonde. It may take over a course of 2 years to get you where you want to be.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: It depends. Every garment deserves its own quote. To get a quote it must be in person. However, if you are looking for a ballpark answer. Please visit HERE.
Q: Due we accept Returns?
A: Absolutely! You would need to pay for the shipping fees back to our store and the item would need to be unworn, altered or washed and tags intact. You would need to return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Articles that are received in worn condition will NOT be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item returned.

Q: Do we restock items?
A: Due to the supply demand we generally will not restock a item. SO grab it while you can!
Q: How do you measure your clothing?
A: The measurements in the description are taken of the item lying on a flat surface from armpit to armpit for the width. You would double this measurement to decide whether it would fit you. To determine your measurement you can use the size of you bra, [ex: 36B] Or get a tape measure and wrap it around you under your armpits and across your breast, preferable with a bra on.

Sales Tax - California sales tax (8.22%) will be applied to orders shipped to California, regardless of billing address. However, if you are in the Los Angeles County between Zip Code 90001 & 93591 you will be charged a (9%) tax.
