Return Policy

We are manifesting that you will absolutely love your purchases, but in the rare instance that doesn't happen. Below are guidelines you will need to follow to see if the items are eligible.

Items are eligible for return if:

  • All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
  • Items are received with 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
  • All THRIFT store items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.
  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS.
  • All skincare products. Body butters and deodorants are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. Please request or purchase a sample if you are unsure whether it will be the best match for you.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Contacting customer service will ensure that the return is sent to the correct address. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We suggest that you purchase insurance as well, as we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail at tayloredtuff@yahoo.com.
