Shipping & Tracking

Order Status - We process orders multiple times throughout the day (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. For orders placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Time on these days, will be shipped the same business day unless there is a problem with your order (shipping address, out of stock item, etc.)

Successfully placed orders receive an e-mail receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this item, please check your SPAM folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Tracking Your Order - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
